A Thothic Perspective
This is not a political commentary.
In 2017 Thoth relayed to me that regardless of the political power in charge in the US, there were be extreme rioting in this country and other countries of the world.
Around 1975 when I was living in San Antonio, Texas, the Star Kindred who were my “Thoth” contact at the time, told me that in the future it would be dangerous to live near the “borders” of this country.
As I have stated in videos I have made in these past several years, Thoth warned against living near borders, shorelines and island. Also dense populations and low altitudes (heavier magnetic pressures).
There are various reasons for this, but the one of the most immediate urgency is that the geo-magnetic field of the planet is dramatically shifting due to solar and cosmic influences, which effects the magnetic centers of the brain. Those who are already compromised through the eating of artificial foods, chem trails, engineered “pandemics” and vaxes, and other covert means of psychological and emotional manipulation, would begin to literally come apart mentally and physically. It would indeed, in some ways appear as a “zombie apocalypse.”
We are all under this strain and intrusion to some degree…I certainly feel it in my life and has had a negative impact on my life-long fragile health. However, if the person is being immersed in all or most of the above on a daily basis and has no conscious connection to his/her spirit within, the ignition is made and they are able to be controlled even more easily. These persons are then impelled to jump off the cliff of sanity and reason. Unable to access their spiritual center they are overcome by fear and compulsion.
In 2017 Thoth revealed to me that Southern California and especially Los Angeles as well as Mexico, would soon become very unsafe to live in.
The head of Mexico’s senate announced they plan to annex the southern part of the United States and return Mexico’s map to the 1830’s. As crazy as this sounds, here he is holding up the map has he talks about it.
Of course the chances of this actually happening are slim. However, also in 2017 Thoth stated to me it was a strong possibility that in the not-too-distant future there would be no centralized government in the United States. Instead individual governments would form, composed of one or more states. He mentioned that Texas may split into three distant parts, each with its own governing agency.
Now, predicting is touchy business even for Thoth, as timelines can shift. Yet all he has told me so far, has come to pass.
Here is a ThothStream overview of what Thoth has revealed to me through the years. Several of my videos have covered this as well as a Substack, but I wished to just give you here an over-all summary. At the end of this article is a “Study Playlist” I have created to accompany what I have. presented here.
Thoth provides extensive information about the "One World Legion" (OWL) and the "Architects," detailing their nature, history, influence on humanity, and their plans for world dominance.
The Architects: Controllers of the World Order
The "Architects" are identified by Thoth as the controllers of the One World Legion (OWL). They are very ancient beings on Earth.
•
Origin and Nature: The Architects developed during the "Epoch of Eros," which Thoth refers to as the "Time of Substantiation". They originated as a mix of star seed and elemental (faeries, gnomes, etc.) beings, but they broke away to form their own evolutionary path. They initially chose to live underground in vast cave systems, which were closer to the surface in ancient times.

Characteristics and Talents: They are highly intelligent and became increasingly focused on what can be described as "personal ambition" or a focus on the survival of the incarnated condition and world. Their senses are acute: their hearing is keen, and their eyesight is sharp in darkness, though they are very sensitive to light. The Architects developed a significant propensity and talent for building, developing, and creating worldly things, which they are committed to sustaining and guarding at all costs.

Influence on Humanity: Over time, they began to surface and live apart from the masses. They started inter-marrying with more "human" beings around 6,000 years ago, but it wasn't until the 17th century that they truly began to control physical empires. They have created their own sub-family within the human race through selective breeding, often unbeknownst to those they choose to breed with. Their goal is to integrate a certain amount of active Light genetics, carefully paired with what they call "K'alaba" or "the Righteous"—a false Righteousness based on their own Law of "Right to Rule.”

Future Plans: The Architects influence and aid the One World Legion in their world agenda.
The One World Legion (OWL): Agents of Control
The OWL is referred to by Thoth as what many call the Elite or New World Order. The Architects are their ultimate controllers.

Factions within OWL: Thoth identifies two main factions within the OWL, using pseudonyms:

Old Guard OWL: This faction is described as more severe. Their agenda includes making money, maintaining power, creating slave labor, and dumbing down the masses with chemicals and mind control. They cooperate with Off-Planet Humanoids to maintain stability and acquire supra-technology, with the "guarantee" that the OWL Elite will be spirited away to Martian colonies or Earth's underground enclaves (some of which are already operative). They also have a Transhumanism agenda and aim to move most of humanity onto an alternative timeline/reality stream that excludes the Metatronic (Full Light) Ascension dynamic.

Rainbows (New OWL): This faction emerged as a less severe attempt to change the OWL's dynamic, gaining influence through infiltration, persuasion, and deal-making. They are described as "Rhinestone Cowboys" who "Glitter, Sparkle and Seduce". Their agenda also involves making money, keeping power, and creating slave labor, but they differentiate by creating two types of "slaves": Type A (seduced by a dream field of eternal happiness) and Type B (motivated to serve under pressure from survival instincts).
The “Rainbows” prefer to stay on Earth and plan to use Stargates in the Middle East and 5G satellites (which they largely control as of 2023) to build their Earth Empire. They also pursue a Transhumanism agenda and aim to move humanity to a different alternative timeline that excludes Metatronic Ascension.

Shift in Power: The Rainbow New Guard OWL has largely usurped the Old Guard by 2023. The Old Guard realizes that oil's power is dwindling and their off-planet alien partners don't want them on Mars as much as they'd been led to believe. The Rainbows aim to regenerate Earth to be a healthy place for them to stay, needing the cooperation of Type A and Type B humans. Projects like NEOM in Saudi Arabia are examples of Type A Rainbow Cities.

Methods of Control:

Frequency Manipulation: Thoth states that those who control the frequencies of the planet control the world. The OWL and their allies have created a matrix to manipulate Earth's time grid, for example, through projects like Montauk. There is an ongoing "dynamic frequency battle" that will increase.
◦
Alternative Realities and Misinformation: The OWL (specifically the Rainbows) are carrying out a "Global Reset" and spread misinformation as part of the setup to switch humanity to a new platform. They "use the truth to tell a lie," making their messages seductive. They design alternative realities to take humanity off track from its Ascension destiny. Fear-orientated “keywords" like "Reptilians," "Annunaki," and "Illuminati" are repetitively propagated to herd people down these alternative reality paths.

Impact on Ascension: Both Old Guard and Rainbow OWL factions aim to steer humanity away from the Metatronic (Full Light) spectrum and the New Earth Star ascended reality. This Metatronic Light represents a complete, pure Light spectrum, as opposed to the Oritronic or half-Light spectrum that Earth currently operates within. The Metatronic Light is associated with full consciousness movements and is the path of return to the Attasic Universe, the Unified Field of all consciousness. The New Earth Star is described as the first membrane or staging ground for a World System II reality, where the planet and humanity will ascend into higher Light dynamics. The Architects and OWL actively work against this ascension dynamic.
The "Good Guys": Thoth emphasizes that while the OWL attempts to divert humanity, Gaia Herself is stirring to meet the embrace of the Cosmic Dancer, shifting the planet's vibration from a World System I (Oritron-Half Light) to a World System II (Metatron-Full Light), a process that will not be stopped. Light Bearers are encouraged to focus on their cosmic force and purposeful design rather than embracing belief systems. Star and Inner Earth Kindred, Angelic Stations of Light, and Illumined Beings are assisting humanity in this ascension. Thoth's mission includes aiding Earth's return to the Attasic Universe and bringing knowledge that had been lost. The Inner Light Network (ILN) is also involved in healing and restoring Earth's time grid and its Grail Mystery connections via the Angelic and Christic realms.
The Inner Light Network (ILN) is a significant collective involved in the spiritual and energetic evolution of Earth and humanity, operating across various dimensions and levels of awareness.
Here is a brief outline of the Inner Light Network:
Composition and Nature

The ILN is comprised of many factions of beings working together in harmony and synergy for the betterment of the planet Earth and the human race.

Its members include people from Outer and Inner Earth, Ultra-Terrestrials, and some Extra-Terrestrials.
◦
Many surface-born individuals in the ILN operate at a high enough degree of awareness to telepathically communicate with Hierarchical beings and each other.
◦
Some Inner Hollow Earth and Star Kindred affiliated with the ILN have embodied on the surface of Earth through normal birthing, walk-ins, or by projecting a form.
◦
Thousands of human beings are consciously aware of their ILN connection and actively participate, capable of telepathic communication.
◦
Notably, some high-placed "Rainbows," a faction within the One World Legion (OWL), are transitioning to become Inner Light Networkers.

Core Purpose and Activities

The ILN works to establish and maintain divine order in government and other arenas.
◦
A primary objective is the protection of the true evolution of the planet.
◦
They are actively involved in healing and restoring Earth's time grid and its connections to the Grail Mystery, operating through the Angelic and Christic realms.
◦
The ILN coordinates numerous Light work programs simultaneously to achieve maximum effect.
◦
They are also focused on creating a New Earth Hologram.
◦
The ILN monitors the operations of the Nephilim and their consorts, implementing appropriate countermeasures when necessary.

Key Projects and Collaborations

The ILN established the KOALA research center in 8885 A.D. Australia, projected through a time tunnel from their current timeframe. KOALA functions as a counterbalance to projects like Montauk, aiming to disrupt time grid manipulations initiated by Extra-Terrestrials and the OWL.
◦
They sought to implement a "code germ" around the year 2000 to disrupt planetary gridlock and restore the Metatron in our reality.
◦
The ILN is involved in time travel networking.
◦
They work with the Noblis Terra Nata (NTN), which consists of Inner Hollow Earth and Star Kindred, through programs like the Quantum Logica Interactive (QLI) of the New Earth Ark Foundation.
◦
The building site for the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., was originally chosen by the ILN to work with the RAM-SET (an ancient structure beneath it) to send Light Codes into the government network, aligning with the original intent of the U.S. Founding Fathers.
Members of the Guild of Thoth or 'Orasatis' are also part of the ILN and communicate telepathically.
