Council of Star-Inner Earth Kindred
Noblis Terra Nata (NTN) is a newly-formed Council composed of both Star and Inner Earth Kindred. They are assigned their powers by the Tashsab’va (The Orion Blue Fire Command). Their purpose is to work with the on-going installation and operation of the Pyramidis Radius Matrix (PRM). This includes over-lighting of the Quantum Logica Interactive Project.
Their origin however, comes from what Thoth refers to as the Master Builders of the Sun Bow Clan. This “Clan” came to the physical Earth millions of years ago, from the Blue Star Rigel in Orion to create an etheric bridging between Rigel and Earth. The Master Builders among them set up “geo-detic” markers for the building of sacred structures. The Master Builders retuned in later periods to construct some of the first, most ancient of these stone monolithic patterns on the Earth. Thoth was indeed a “Master Builder.”
